I offer modifications for all practices to allow you to get the most out of your practice. We are all different from an anatomical standpoint. Our bones and muscles are unique for each person. I can assist you in learning how to deepen your practice with the use of props and variations in postures to achieve your alignment.
This class is slower paced however strong. We start by stretching then move to a standing sequence followed by seated stretching. Poses are held longer for deeper stretching and building strength! Get ready to feel relaxed and ready for your day! This is a great class for beginners and for those looking for a refresher on alignment. Bring your mat and props!
Are you looking for a challenging yoga practice? This class is faster paced and introduces more advanced poses all while listening to fun music. Get ready to work and sweat!
What is meditation?
Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.
We begin each practice with a meditation that sets the intention for your yoga practice as well as a group intention.
