Yoga - Reiki - Sound Bath - Meditation Energy Healing - Healing Crystals
A Sound Meditation or Sound Bath is a healing modality that uses the frequency of sound vibrations to calm the mind and break up blockages in the body on a metaphysical and physical level.
During a private sound meditation you will be lying on a massage table enjoying the heated jade and tourmaline biomat. Your eyes will be covered with a spa towel and a weighted amethyst or lavender scented flaxseed mask will be placed over the eyes.
You will then be guided in a meditation using breathing techniques and listening to seven crystal singing bowls that are specifically made for each chakra along with Tibetan metal singing bowls, gongs and several other instruments during your journey through relaxation and connecting with your inner self all while listening to sounds of these beautiful healing instruments.
A Singing Bowl Body Work is a relaxing experience using the vibration of sound from Tibetan metal singing bowls being placed on the the body to help break up blockages from the emotional, physical and metaphysical level.
This is not a massage using the hands to provide body work. This is purely the use of sound vibration healing frequencies that penetrate the body on a deep energy healing level. This can be done on its own or in combination with a sound bath or with the signature session which includes all three healing modalities. A full reiki healing session, sound bath and singing bowl massage. You will leave feeling relaxed and restored after this session.
When you sink into a Sound Bath or Singing Bowl bodywork and guide your awareness to your listening, you allow your brain waves to slow, shifting from a more active state to a more relaxed state, or even a dreamlike state. The sounds introduced during a Sound Bath are an invitation into a deeper state of consciousness, an opportunity to unplug from external stimuli and to gain perspective on what’s going on within you. The goal of the experience is to invite deep rest and relaxation, and explore self-inquiry and self-discovery.
