My own journey to finding a healthy lifestyle has given me insight into the many challenges one encounters. This enables me to bring a high level of empathy, respect, and understanding. 

Experience allows me to guide you in finding a yoga practice that best suits YOUR needs. Yoga is the practice of connecting the mind, body and breath while moving through different postures. Let me guide you through this practice and take an hour for self care and self love. Self care is not selfish.  


I received my 200 hour YTT Certification December 2017 and then my 540 hour YTT Certification April 2019 through Aura Wellness Center. In addition I earned my Meditation Teacher Certification in August 2018 through Aura Wellness Center.

Monday 8:30am level 1 & 2 Yoga 

This class focuses on alignment, breathing  and stretching for flexibility.  It's a great class for beginners and all levels. 

Monday 10:00am- 1st Monday of the month

FREE Yoga class for beginners and alignment refresher.  We will focus on alignment and modifications for postures.  A great class to get introduced to yoga or a great refresher on proper alignment and modifications for the practicing yogi. 

Tuesday 8:30am level 2 & 3 Yoga 

This class focuses on alignment, breathing, strength and stretching for flexibility.  Poses are held for 3 to 5 breaths and breath is coordinated with the movement.  All levels welcomed!

Tuesday 10:00am Gentle Yoga 

This class is slower paced. We start by stretching then move to a standing sequence followed by seated stretching. Poses are held longer for deeper stretching. Get ready to feel  relaxed and ready for your day! 

Wednesday 7:50am Power Yoga 

This class is challenges you in every way. The class is fast paced and works your entire body. More advanced poses are introduced each week. Bring your sweat towel and water for this class!
